Port Washington North is somewhatof a misnomer as it is the center of Port Washington, bordered by Sands Point on the north, the hamlet of Port Washington on the east, Baxter Estates on the south, and Manorhaven on the west. It contains smaller neighborhoods like Soundview. The adult condo community of Mill Pond Acres is located here.
